Ptitim and Cheese Casserole

4 cups ptitim (Israeli cousous or other short roasted pasta)
2 cups milk
3 cups water
1.5 cups shredded cheese (whatever kind you like)
salt and seasonings to taste

Cover and bake at 175 Celsius for about 40 minutes. Then uncover and bake for another 30 minutes until golden brown. Take it out and let it set for 10 minutes before serving. It’s good hot or cold.
