A question for lawyers about the BLM hashtag hijackers:
Hey lawyers! In light of the #BlackLivesMatter hashtag being hijacked by capitalists, is there a way to prevent such a thing happening in the future? Can the community affected or those who are supposed to benefit, or the internet itself sue for copyright or trademark?
