Learning to Do Nothing

Well, not nothing nothing, just not doing anything I don’t need to do, or want to do just because I want to, or someone I love needs me to do. I am learning to wait for the moments of privacy that I can talk with my patrons by voice. Learning to wait for the next Study House announcement to post on the new blog. Learning to wait for my brother’s next video. As to things I do purely for the world and internet quality, learning to wait for the next bit of news to encourage or motivate maternal feminists, and the next link for HumanShared, and learning to wait for the next interesting thing one of my mutual followers posts or shares, and that’s it.

While I am waiting, I try to educate and enjoy myself. I’ve made quite a few things that I need to find someone working festivals to sell before my room is too full. Worst case, I’ll gift them.

It is a change, learning what to do with my day, and not wasting energy doing things that don’t enhance my or my loved ones’ lives. Though it is a notable adjustment, I don’t miss the time wasting ways. I like being useful.
