Washington, DC – Unicorn Riot is streaming live on Saturday, Sept. 16th from the National Mall as thousands of fans of the Detroit rap group Insane Clown Posse known as Juggalos gather to send a message to the FBI that they should not be designated as a “hybrid gang.” The Juggalo crowd near the Lincoln Memorial, with a few thousand participants, vastly outnumbered a a conservative rally billed as the “Mother of All Rallies” (#MOAR) which has around 200-300 participants.
